On April 12, 2021, he rode his own motorcycle alone back to his hometown, went to buy medicine at Odim Market and stopped to refuel in Chom Chao, then continued to Kampong Thom, avoiding the checkpoint. When he got home at 10 am, he did not communicate with anyone because his mother informed the village chief and the health team immediately took the man to the center of Treal High School. It should be noted that on April 14, 2021, the medical team took a sample of this man to be examined at the National Institute of Public Health in Phnom Penh and got a positive result on April 15, 2021.
